Organization delivery and return policy

I created an order with petco.com for dog-food. Free delivery was designated on the site. Not till I published the purchase out #- was proven super-saver delivery - 5-7 business days!!! Completely unacceptable! WE'RE coping with dog-food-my puppy is can't delay atleast per week and hungry. I declined to cancel and named petco.com after talking with a normal broker -despite the fact that my purchase wasn't shipped out however - I talked to some boss who explained the purchase was delivered to factory - and although not delivered - I really could not cancel. The corporation is TERRIBLE! I instantly went to wag.com on point - and obtained my dog-food AT SAME DISCOUNT COST - FOLLOWING DAY!!! WON'T EVER cope with this terrible organization again!!
