Over charged for Duty Tax

Light Within The Container improperly documented the worthiness of our buy to FedEx & US Traditions, which in turn triggered a duty which FedEx charged us for. The gown was $170, however the statement for that Responsibility duty was $150 (to get a gown they documented as respected at $753)!! We attempted to obtain Lighting Within The Container to repair the issue with FedEx, however they wouldn't contact FedEx. And FedEx would not contact Lighting Within The Container. We experimented with provide FedEx a duplicate of the Lighting Within The Container statement - however they dismissed all communication. To be able to not be compressed by both of these inexperienced behemoths, our only option would be to pay-off the extortionists and chalk it-up like a lesson learned. I'm extremely dissatisfied with both businesses and recommend that you simply don't conduct business with either of these.
