Requested a telephone from their store on 1-17-07 and taken care of it with charge card. Couldn't make use of the "live aid" so when I named the 800# I acquired a saving that their telephone program had been updated and also to contact them at data@zoomcell.com. It was completed. I followed my pkg via the USPS monitoring website also it never quit Brooklyn. I did so obtain a contact from their store today declaring my pkg was dropped which I'd be obtaining a reimbursement - question just how long that'll consider?
