I got my layer to obtain drycleaned. I picked it-up and observed the switches had dropped down! I had been informed she'd keep in touch with her boss and also have her emerge and analyze the layer. I called back and discovered the boss never actually found consider the layer. The employee informed her she believed it had been a manufacturer problem. I had been advised to consider the layer back again to the shop and obtain a return. I purchased the layer over this past year also it was not even yet in this condition. I really could not think the viewpoint of the employee was the lastly choice. They never required problem for destroying my cover. The boss never talked in my experience or attempted to create things right.
