Wrong sized shoes received

Your mail-order (Item 41C54) found its way to the wrong dimension. Your purchase plainly stated size 9.5 D. Sixe 12 came. We plan to return the sneakers but item to being billed $8.99 for that shipping. It wasn't our problem the incorrect size was delivered.
