Ripped off

I requested a $14.99 set of shoes with delivery they found $20.69. I was not certain whether to return them or request a reimbursement. I chose to return them. My credit was for $11.46. From the time i settled for shipping the cash i truly returned was $2.56. They kept my shipping costs and charged me a-10% restocking fee. I've no sandals and they reach retain $9.23 of my money!!! Somebody please tell me that is reasonable!!! Easily had realize that this would have happened i'd have asked for an trade. Atleast i'd have something to exhibit for the transaction. I'm awaiting a phone in the manager to try and rectify this issue also to learn when they look after the client!!! At this time i'll never buy from them again and will complain on any site i will!!! W u b w e-w a re!!!
