Dreadful company

I purchased a set of Rogueis from their store in November which came in really a struggling package. Among the shoes also appeared a little worse for use from the different.

I called the organization and was informed the 'used' search was simply 'blooming' which ultimately occurred to all shoes. I replied by telling them they were designed to be considered a completely new set of shoes and, although I'd take this easily had them (and used them) some time used to donot believe that these remarks were reasonable or simply. I had been subsequently informed that I'd have to have a picture of these and e-mail this to client solutions so they might decide whether I'd obtain a reimbursement on my shipping to deliver them back?! I had been at the office at that time and informed them-this, but was simply recommended that I'd obtain a reimbursement about the shoes easily delivered them back, but most likely not on my shipping. I had been also informed it might consider 3 months for me personally to obtain my reimbursement due to the 'hectic Holiday time'. Exactly what a weight of outdated garbage - it got them moments to consider the total amount from my bank card online when buying them!

The terrible customer service guaranteed that I delivered the shoes back utilizing a documented or authorized for support, when I did not trust the organization to verify they'd acquired them. The least expensive I really could get for that fat of them was Royal Mailis top class Recorded Distribution company, which came 24 hours later (I examined online) and expense me nearly £9 - it nevertheless required them another month to return my cash for that real shoes and, obviously, there is no reimbursement for that price of my return shipping.

Certainly terrible organization and support in my own opinon and would not suggest them to anybody...
