Problem: insufficient refund

On 2/28/09 I bought on the telephone by charge card a set of shoes for $69.95 from Party Shoes 4 U in Nevada and obtained the shoes on 3/7/09. These were too big (9.5) I requested another set of the exact same design on 3/9/09 (size 9) from Joe on the phone. I delivered the very first footwear on 3/9/09. The 2nd set was also little and instantly delivered. Our charge card was billed an overall total of $139.90 for 2 sets of sneakers. Ultimately I had been returned on my charge card (after phone demands) the inadequate quantity of $102.92. The return cost of 15% is $10.49.

The end result is the fact that I've been billed the quantity of $36.98 on my charge card which was not returned. I also paid of wallet one more $5.85 per footwear to send them back. And so I am out $36.98 plus 2 period $5.85 ($11.70) to get a whole of $47.68.

Consequently of those dealings I've paid $47.68 and also have no sneakers to exhibit for this. I've spoken to Joe about the telephone 4 occasions and he's guaranteed to call-back, contact the payment office and also have them contact me and he never calls back and also the office environment never calls.
