Hasn't sent out orde

I requested just one set of trousers about the 15th which is today the 26th plus they nevertheless haven't been delivered yet. I've tried calling the organization twice also it moves right to a voicemail. I did so get a text from the random quantity which was not grammatically correct your day after I named that my purchase could be delivered in a couple of days however when I responded back there is no reaction. I expected for an order termination and reimbursement plus they haven't complied and also have not responded the e-mail I delivered nights before.
