Charging interest to account for merchadise not received

I requested 3 products in the Lady Within Catalog. One was backordered and that I delivered another 2 because they did not match. I'd to pay for delivery and handling to deliver them their product back again to them. I had been billed for this purchase despite the fact that I'd a shipping in the Postoffice they were delivered. I subsequently began to accunulate late charges and curiosity on these things regardless of calling them-and informing they were delivered with evidence of shipping. They began to cost me for that back-ordered product wihich they stated they sent weeks following the purchase was positioned. I had been hospitalized in those days so that they might have quit the merchadise on my action but I told them I never noticed it after I got home in the clinic. More late fees struck the consideration with curiosity on these late fees. I eventually simply settled everything off - alomost $90 BUCKS SIMPLY TO ELIMINATE THEM AND TOLD THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ON PAPER AND ON THE PHONE AS WELL. I. Ll notice whether this finally closes the account. Very bad people.
