Late fees and interest

Billed late fees—cost was late because of Postoffice??? Paid late charge and curiosity—cost of those late again, why??? Charged for brand new late charges and interest for late-payment recently fees and curiosity. Experimented with shut account after approximately two decades to be a great client&obtained a solution of regret that account was shut and an invitation to re-open account using the late charges however on my previous bill. Several phone calls to payment middle worrying concerning the costs and interest&nevertheless getting statement that develops because of late charges and interest about the currently late fees and interest. Won't spend on something which I don't owe as no body at chevron may pay attention to my criticism.
