Festiva Hospitality Group Fraudulent Late Charges and Interest on Unknown Special Assessment

Festiva included late fees and curiosity to some cost to get a Unique Examination (SA). The very first I understood of the SA or cost timetable was an late notice obtained on December 13.

Upon calling Festiva, I had been educated the notice of SA and cost due were shipped and, because the updates hadn't been delivered as undeliverable, the late cost and curiosity wouldn't be eliminated. After I noticed that I'd not obtained possibly the SA notice or even the cost due notice, they mentioned that heir plan isn't to get rid of the costs.
