Was rejected for return boots back

I've been attempting to return my shoes that i purchase from amiclubwear shop so when I acquired them, they was to little and that I attempt contact them on 2-10-11, then i try e-mail them and that I got just that I want a RMA. I then attempt to continue point to obtain that quantity but I really could not have it, and so I tried phoning afterwards that week again no solution. Then this week 3/17/10 somebody finlly reply the phon following the reality it over my time limt to come back my shoes. Personally I think that I had been not handle right within this issue as like they simply hit me down which not righ. Please help me
