Prodcut returned but no refund

I've created purchase with this online shop and also the quality is poor so I've delivered all what to them, They Will Have "problem" shop credit in my experience however it can't be use for that next purchase! Each time I named in inquire about the shop credit they simply hung-up the telephone without any solution!

So that they got all of the items back and without reimbursement in my experience!

Don't buy from their website!!! If you return the product for them they'll not issue the money back not really shop credit.
