Bad customer service

The next distribution is regarding cashier #039161 and top supervisor the night of 3/6 (equally overlooked to recognize themselves).

What must have been an easy return has converted into a headache of telephone calls. Upon nearing the table to come back my top I had been requested for my permit and my telephone number. I supplied it as required, them was beyond the thirty days to get a reimbursement therefore shop credit was handed. The cashier prepared my credit, when she was completed she passed me a bill using the shop card. Five hours later, I Have previously delivered home and recognize my permit is absent. Cashier 039161 didn't return my permit and he or she didn't create efforts to solve the mistake, during ownership of my contact info.

After I called the shop that night to find my permit the supervisor on-duty established they had it. I advised her that I don't reside near by which it'd be considered a large trouble to generate back therefore I questioned if she'd have the ability to send it in my experience or fall it down in a USPS mail. To my demand she responded "I dunno, I Will notice what I - can do." By yesterday my permit was with H&M, nowadays it is whereabouts are unfamiliar. H&M administration has didn't supply appropriate customer support, nor maintain themselves responsible for my damage.
