No returns for children under 17

Our child created a purchase on 3/23 visited return it unworn, using the unique bill on 3/27 and was informed that she couldn't return it with no driver's liscence. She is 15 yrs old and also the yoga trousers didn't match her. They are able to permit her to create acquisitions there with no driveris liscence but won't permit her to come back them? After I asked about that the cashier advised me "yes, she can buy something she wants-but we can not provide her her cash back. It is our published plan." That is elegance and it is undesirable. I'll never return to that shop again.
