Requested boots 12 of January. Charge card charged sameday. At the conclusion of Jan I attempted to monitor purchase without any success. I named plus they stated they'd repair the problem. The shoes appeared concerning the 10th of Feb. Which was after I could monitor them. This is actually the toughest encounter I've had with emails. Contact. And following a purchase. I'll not conduct business together again.
