Terrible Service

Requested a set of shoes, required more than 2 months to obtain them, Once I acquired them one trunk was smaller/narrower compared to different. Each time you contact customer support they request you to maintain. Permanently. When I eventually spoke to some person they aimed me towards the site to print-out a return type to become recorded onto the container. I had been necessary to purchase return shipment. I never got a reimbursement to my charge card. Lastly discovered a contact from their store they had "settled" my paypal account.in the place of refunding my cash, they settled my paypal account, minus a "restocking" charge along with a charge from paypal given that they were managing me like a vendor. Bullshit. I dropped a lot of cash on shitty shoes which were obviously manufacturer seconds or abnormal. I named to try and consult with a and was informed you might contact me back. No body actually named. The corporation is phony!
