Guess / Ross
Watch will not work

I bought a guess watch at Ross and it doesnt work. I took it to a jewelry store and had the battery changed and it still did not work. When I took it back to Ross to exchange it for another one they would not do it because I had taken the little tag off of the watch. I paid $50.00 dollars for this watch to just throw away and I am very upset that it is not being replaced.
