Charged almost double for a battery replacement on a watch then called a thief by the corparate office - battery replacement for a watch

My fiancé bought me a watch from Kay's five years ago. They have a lifetime battery replacement, so if your battery ever dies you get it replaced for free... What a load of bull! My fiancé brought the watch to Kay's in the Mall of NH and they told him it would be $50 dollars... Because of some "special seal" on the watch... Which we were never told about when the watch was originally purchased. So my fiancé pays the $50 in cash and the girl gave him a yellow receipt and said in 2 weeks when your watch is done just bring back that receipt and your all set. So, he gives me the receipt and when it came time to pick up the watch they said it wasn't paid for and wanted $50 dollars! I was pissed! I'm not paying again for something that was already paid for! I demanded the corporate number which they refused to give me! Then the manager came over and tried to smooth things over but said it was never paid for... I told her it was, so she said my fiancé would have to come back and take care of it in a couple of days... So I left without my watch! When he went they made him pay $25 extra to get the watch! Even though he told them I paid already its not my fault you can't figure out what happened... So to get my watch he had to pay a total of $75 (just to replace a battery mind you) when it was only suppose to be $50! Then when I finally called the corporate office to tell them what happened and get this resolved and my $25 dollars back they basically told me their employees never make mistakes and that we lied and didn't pay so they called us thieves... I would NEVER shop there again and I have been telling everyone about the bad treatment... Kay's there motto should be pay the first time then we charge you again!
