Store was not open as advertised

Old Navy promoted they'd be starting at 12am Nov 25 at Westfield Shoppingtown Middle in Vancouver WA. I reached night and also the gates were secured. We were all annoyed, all of US went along there to look at Nighttime and also the gates were secured. They'd marketed about the Old Navy web site the Blackfriday hours starting at Nighttime.
