On 10/19/10, I bought three sets of Remii underwear. The things appeared on 10/21/10, but two of the sets were wrong dimensions. On 10/22/10 I called the organization. I had been advised to e-mail a substitutes and maintain the wrong dimensions. On 10/29/10 I called again since I'd not obtained the right dimensions or any mail reply. On 10/30, I obtained a contact which mentioned the proper dimensions could be delivered that very evening.By 11/10/10, I'd not obtained the alternative products or any reaction. Aside from his prior directions, I delivered back both wrong what to Jacksonville, FL. I required a reimbursement from my online transaction organization.
