Bad service

We bought 3 Roundtree & Yorke T-shirts at Dillard's. My husband tried them on new, w/tags on, they fit. Before wearing any clothes I wash them; after that initial laundering, these 3 T - #039;s shrank to almost a size less, an XL was now almost a Large. I took them back to Dillard's but they refused to take them back. Company policy on returns or exchanges is only to do that when the items are in the original condition. How we would have found out that these shirts would shrink if NOT washing them? The manager saw my point, but still refused any help. The other choice was if it was a manufacturer's fault.in my opinion this IS a manufacturer's fault. Next I sent an e-mail to Dillard's customer service - nobody ever contacted us. I find this poor customer service on their part and I am not so sure that we will purchase from them in the future. Definitely nothing from Roundtree & Yorke!
