Ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

Dillard's chains sells used items/returned as new. If it has there yellow "POP" proof of purchase label on the item it has been returned. Also, they have false advertising just to get you in the store... The quantites lasting maybe three at best.

The managers yell at employees like dogs and then expect to be respected. If you sign up with Dillard's expect not to have a life anymore the workdays are scheduled to fit their schedule. Also, Dillard's says the employees are not on commission but they are, they are given a sales per hour quota and dependent on the month before a review Dillard's goes over that last month before your review they claim it's over a three month period... Not true. If you had a lot of returned items or just a slow month well paycut time. Also at the Corpus Christi, Texas store if your hispanic or "in" with management. You can dress however you want, have three or more customer complaints and not get fired.
