Mislabeled merchandise, bad customer service

I requested a snow coat from Vintagetrends.com, that was outlined like a menis size method on the site. To my dismay after I obtained the coat, it ended up to be always a LADIES's size BIG. Classic Developments includes a return policy—although not about the delivery price, THOUGH IT WAS ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT FOR MISLABELING THEIR MERCHANDISE ON THE SITE. Therefore did they create an exclusion due to their screw up? No. Did they recognize their error and apologize? No. And you know what? I noticed that SAME coat published on their site a couple of days after i delivered it, and what dimension was it marked? MEN's size Method.
