Horrible Service

I put an order for 2 very costly sets of sneakers on Comfortfeetshop.com on Friday, March 29. I obtained a confirmation mail that evening, but hadn't noticed other things about my purchase until Thursday, 4/1. I named their customer support point which delivered me about and round the telephone tree for all moments after which left me right into a voicemail. I quit a voicemail with my info and required a call-back.

Hrs later, I obtained A CONTACT back in the place of a TELEPHONE CALL plus they stated these were "sorry" they might not satisfy my purchase. No reason, simply couldn't satisfy it. Don't place products in your site if they're unavailable, nor genuinely believe that simply because you've a person service point and current email address which you have CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
