Non-Delivery and No Contact

Press and Scream hasn't shipped products I requested 3 months before. I've repeatedly tried contact and they'll not react to telephone calls or emails.

I paid thru Paypal, who's also being of no aid. I reported about low-shipping more than 10 days before, but Paypal informs me that I've to hold back another 10 times to get a return. I actually offered their consultant the telephone number for Press and Scream, detailing that possibly no body responded, or you got and answering device that did not actually determine the company. Three diverse Paypal reps have declined to instantly return my bank card despite the fact that the vendor has created simply no try to contact both myself or Paypal. If Paypal and eBay cannot stop doing fraud against customers they must be released of company.
