Bogus rebate

Sears was managing a refund on levi jeans. We purchased the necessary quantity, the cashier offered us the rebate type, we took it house, stuffed it out, stapled the receipt towards the rebate type, and lo and see, sears discount center never received the receipt using the form. Exactly what a fraud sears is working. My husband and that i have spent a lot of money at sears within our 50 years and can not spend another cent there.
