Duplicated my order, debited by card twice

Organization backorders every product I purchase. Send me numerous emails regarding position. With this specific purchase, they mentioned the item might deliver within 2 weeks. It did not. On 15th day, I reordered. BOTH the 8/3/09 and 8/15/09 orders shipped together on 8/29/09.

However, another customer support individual, Gem, explained I'd to hold back three months for my consideration to become acknowledged! I had been furious at their mistakes, misinformation and keeping my cash hostage due to their problems and bad support.
