They did not stand behind their product - Product only 5 months old and failed, they said they could not do anything

I ordered a pair of Asik Ultra tek wrestling shoes on 11/13 as high school wrestling started. The shoes cost approximatley $130. My son wrestled his high school schedule which is not a heavy wrestling schedule and the soles of shoes physically cracked in half. This is obviously not a fault of my son, the product simply did not hold up. I took the time to mail the shoes back to eastbay thinking they would take care of the problem. They said due to the time being over 90 days there is nothing they can do! This is not right. I assured eastbay I would pass along there practice of not standing behind there product. I will not buy from this company ever again. It is sad they will lose my business over a situation that should have been handled under a customer satisfaction policy.
