Dishonest, poor response and service

I bought an arm shaper out of this organization for 29.95 plus 7.00 S/H. Once the item came, I experimented with check it out on, however the seam on the best arm cut in two locations before I actually had the outfit on totally. I delivered them with necessary results/trade type, simply to contain it delivered back with images of the merchandise and a reason that they'll just take product unworn as well as in sellable condition. The organization claims it ensures all its product for thirty days. The product wasn't used (hello, it ripped!!!). It's not really a bra, underwear or swimwear. The organization also mentioned within their notice they might not take the merchandise since it wasn't "sellable." I approached the organization and was informed somebody might react to me. Below it's a couple weeks later and that I am still waiting... Robbed out-of 36.00 and also the item I'd required to become changed. DON'T conduct business with this specific organization!
