Ripoff

Ordered product, then cancelled order 10 days later. Spoke with Customer Service, they said product had already shipped, and to refuse delivery/send back. I did this. They continued to bill me 99.90. They have refused to return phone calls or respond.

I am fighting with my creditcard compant over these charges. Leanlife made all sorts of claims that I was trying to win a prize (???) from them (an ipod) and offered some meaningless logs from a "server" that showed/proved nothing. I finally recived a notice from the Credit card company that showed they were siding with LeanLife becuase I did not return the product BUT on the same page was listed the product being received back by Leanlife, and in re-sellable condition!
