Poor customer service

I requested a duplicate Louis Vuitton bag from their store plus they delivered me the incorrect one. I've attempted repeatedly to obtain them to fix the issue and they'll do nothing. Despite delivering them an image of the bag I obtained combined with the bag that I requested, they nevertheless declare that they delivered me the right one. Which, should you noticed the images is completely absurd. They declare "100% satisfaction guaranteed" on the site but these are worthless phrases because they don't recognize them. I truly am not really a happy client. I'd not suggest them to anybody or can I actually conduct business together again.
