No Customer Service/Incompetence

I purchased shoes on 4/12/09 - my charge card was billed instantly. I waited for that sneakers and after over 10 times I named and sent. All calls visited the answering device (despite the fact that "Rick" guarantees a "stay" individual to consult with). I eventually obtained the shoes on May 1 plus they were the incorrect shoes. I subsequently named and delivered 2 e-mails seeking a return authorization. I've received no reply. I'll need to publish this issue towards the charge card organization like a problematic cost to be able to get my reimbursement. Do not buy out of this organization. They're equally inexperienced and unresponsive. The one thing they are doing effectively is consider your cash!
