Boots made incorrectly - no attempt to fix mistake

I requested a set of Partial-Custom Success Field Shoes from ridersmall.com and paid $375 for them. I first purchased the shoes and was informed an e mail could be delivered to me having a dimensions type and that I never got the e-mail. And so I approached ridersmall and was subsequently delivered the shape. I posted the order type and waited and waited on verification. After two emails they ultimately delivered me a verification email and explained I'd obtain my shoes inside a month to 2 weeks. I received the shoes promptly, that will be the one thing that's occurred properly. I acquired them from the container (these were delivered from Pakistan having a $20 traditions value) and tried them on. To my severe disapointment the leg was really misshaped and deformed. Additionally they didn't have field sets that we had given in my own purchase. I instantly named who owns the organization, Mike, and was informed to consider image and deliver to him. After I delivered them, he required increasingly more images. After about fourteen days of pursuing him around with images and grievances, he explained to become individual plus they might examine the problem. After fourteen days I delivered him an email requesting an answer and he explained they might deliver me another set of shoes and deliver me a return shipment tag in per weekapproximately. I expected in order for them to merely return my cash when I no further thought they might create a properly shaped set of shoes and he declined to get this done, in the same period saying I'd be "100% Pleased". After many emails on my portion he merely quit answering my emails and made no try to repair the errors his organization created. I'm very disapointed with this specific organization and incredibly upset. I paid great cash for these shoes plus they are useless in my experience due to mistakes created about the area of the organization, and also the company doesn't create any efforts to fix their errors.

I also discovered that of the various businesses promoting these shoes are actually simply Mike as he questioned me that site I purchased his shoes and outlined those I've involved. It's been almost per month because he last approached me and that I am no further likely to stay by and become cheated. He got my cash and didn't supply the item he stated to create.
