Poor customer service

I bought a set of shoes out of this web-company. They didn't match precisely and that I adopted the organization instructions on returning the shoes. It required obtaining my charge card organization included to obtain my reimbursement! I'd to email the organization on atleast 5 various events and every time I had been guaranteed that I'd obtain the reimbursement. I tried calling the organization however they never delivered my phone. Lastly, a few months after returning the sneakers with my charge card organization participation, I obtained my reimbursement!
