Did not deliver purchased product

I requested a set of womenis UGG shoes on December 5 but still haven't gotten them. The organization charged my charge card soon after the purchase. I acquired one email in the center of November having said that the shoes could be specific delivered in my experience after they came from Australia. I've never had the opportunity to obtain anybody about the telephone number shown on the site plus they haven't delivered among my calls in the communications I keep. Our order quantity is 575.
