Terrible customer service / Extra credit card charges

I created an internet purchase of three sets of shoes. Two of the three where incorrect size. I delivered them back and after waiting fourteen days more I obtained substitutes that have been wrong again. Again another fourteen days and incorrect shoes a third-time. After 8 weeks and also the next period they eventually started using it right! Then I examine my credit declaration and that I notice they've twice billed me. The toughest element is they never apologized once or attempted to create up due to their recurring errors. Our demands to talk to somebody incorporate where overlooked over and over. Lugz may be the worst organization I've actually delta with! Do oneself a favor and prevent any transactions with this specific organization!
