Yes, i'd like to address and problem i cause experienced at your merced, ca shop. I bought a leather jacket therein nov, unfamiliar in my experience i'd received the wrong size. I actually do lots of buying at jcpennys available or online. Today the tag on the coat mentioned that it was and further large, great you'd my size and design. The very first time i use the jacket it felt only a little comfortable, all of us realize that leather must stretch. Used to do not want to consider the tag inside of my cover which said it was a sizable and never and xl such as the one i noticed on the exterior label. Currently my bill obviously states that i've until 01-09-09 to come back my product, after i got the jacket back to the merced mall jcpennys wherever i purchased at i had been told from the floor manager they couldn't change them, since i use it, yes i use it i believed i'd the right dimension, why wouldn’t i use it. I tried to describe to her that my bill obviously states that i've up to jan 1 to create and exchange or request a reimbursement. She said that is just a corp. Plan and or store doesn't pass this. Today i'm somewhat upset and puzzled, how will you say you'll not recognize our delivery when it originated in your store if it was the situation personally i think they have to but something on paper they don't follow underneath the corp recommendations or whatever there bill claims. All i needed was to obtain my correct dimension, to ensure that i really could enjoy wearing my coat.
