Arty's Tees sales clerk took order over phone and misspelled word. When consumer's friend went to pick up the shirt and stated that it was misspelled the sales clerk said "that is how it is spelled in French" First that is not correct, but who wants a tee shirt with french spelling anyway. When the person that received the shirt as a gift tried to have it redone, the clerk lied to her boss and said she was told by customer to spell it that way. Later she changed her story and said consumer ask for it in french. Owner will not stand behind his product and replace shirt.
