Newport News delivered me the incorrect product and what I did so obtain was in a mangled deal, damaged. The return shipment tag was ruined and never useful. They'd previously obtained transaction through my charge card business.in the place of expediting cargo of the right product requested, I had been informed that I'd to hold back 7-10 times to get another return shipment tag within the email. (What? - via Alaska???). After they obtained the wrong product, JUST SUBSEQUENTLY might they deliver what I'd actually requested. Easily needed my product faster, they stated that they'd need to double bill me for this and credit me later. I named my charge card organization and submitted a challenge. Newport News isn't a person pleasant organization - BEWARE. They mess -up but don't actually attempt to please the client.

Also, they've utilized my telephone number to contact me athome to create revenue. Our telephone number is on my conditionis "don't contact" checklist to prevent frustrating customer telephone calls. Obviously Newport News doesn't examine. I'm confirming them for this intrusion of my solitude, also.
