Terrible service!

Requested a jacket on 10/24 and taken care of overnight delivery. The jacket appear 5 nights later-after I named Northstyle twice. I had been guaranteed both times that my delivery expenses could be returned. The jacket had numerous defects. I named Northstyle and adopted return directions including spending money on the return transport myself. I obtained an upgraded however it wasn't the jacket. I called again and was informed to deliver them back also it could be changed using the jacket. I had been billed for that alternative jacket after which returned that cash. I'm still awaiting my jacket to reach and that I can't get anybody at Northstyle to come back my calls concerning my discounts for that overnight delivery and also the price of returning EQUALLY products.

Consider my advice DON'T utilize Northstyle for something.
