We have been promised airline tickets upon purchasing $120 worth of Dockers merchandise and since we wanted 3 tickets we bought over $300 worth of products.
We have gotten NOTHING and have repeatedly talked to someone from Dockersand Penny's and all they ever do is make us promises that yes indeed they will be calling us today or tomorrow and book the tickets... The today or tomorrow never comes. At one point they gave us the corporate fax # to fax all the info in which they said would result in quick action. You guessed it... NOTHING
Now today we find out that there is not even a record of the phone calls.
The dates we had requested with ample plenty time to get for the flight is less than 3 weeks away...
