Honest, working class grandma just trying to visit grand babies at new home ripoff

Be aware. I purchased airline tickets thru Orbitz in July for flight out on July 19th, on July 10th I cancelled my tickets. (9 days prior to flight) with the understanding I could use these tickets within a years period.

The total amount which was paid for 3 tickets was $ 324.30.

Today I wanted to reschedule my airline tickets for One month later and to find out I have to pay and additional $ 100.00 (per ticket) to US Airways and addtn'l $ 30.00 per ticket to Orbitz to reschedule.

This equals at total of $ 390.00, this is just like me buying a whole new set of tickets, plus.

I feel its unfair to the working citizens. We are just trying to make a living and not just give our hard earned money away.
