Ordered items from Thredup's Suwanee, Georgia Warehouse. First time the items were "mailed without a label". Thredup refused to investigate. I believed it was internal theft. Eventually, I received a refund. This time a fake label was created. Instead of being addressed to me it was addressed to "Anonymous" with lkno street address listed and my City and State but no zip code. The label has a fake tracking number. Before that it started with missing buttons, a missing, belt, several items arrived snagged. Then missing slips/liners that are shown in the photos but never arrived in the box. Now, it has escalated to the entire items never arrive. BECAUSE THEY ARE NEVER SHIPPED OUT. Just at the Suwanee, Georgia location. Why doesn't Thredup value its customers?
