High Efficiancy Rubbish

GE Hydrowave Washing Machine is rubbish. It doesn't afford enough water to properly clean and rinse the clothes even on the override settings where it appears to override your preferences and continue with the High Efficiancy. Clothes come out dirty and stiff where it won't add enough water to rinse, even with a drop of washing liquid. Quiet? Sure if you want to take the time to exactly make sure the clothes are precisely placed evenly around the agitator, and even then when it washes it redistributes the stuff and then you have clanging and banging. Hence, now I can no longer do my laundry at night for fear of waking my neighbors in the next townhome. I prefer an agitator as opposed to none, but this one has left clothes and blankets seriously tangled and/or torn. I wish companies would continue to offer the old none high efficiency appliances, for that would be my preference over the high efficiency washers which are rubbish.
