Hydrowave pulverizes clothes, doesn't rinse well

I'm pretty sad about my "big money" purchase of your Hydrowave washer. I ALWAYS have to have it on 2nd rinse, and it still never gets my clothes clean. I"m using the correct detergent in the right amounts, but I get: detergent stains on my clothes, overall dullness and stiffness of the clothes, lackluster colors, and of course, that 2nd rinse is beating my clothes up and ruining them.

What can I do (besides tossing your washer to the curb)?
