Still a horrible washer & drye

Bought a GE washer &Model #WPRES8150 in year 2010. It is the most unsatisfacory appliance I have eveer experienced. I called the customer service & complained. He basicly said this is it, it will not get any better. How can an educated engineer, design & expect the clothes to get clean in a couple inches of water. Requires making small loads & many more loads. What used to take me 3 hors now take me 6 hours, & the clothing does not repeat DOES NOT get clean. My poor husband is sick & tired of hearing my weekly complints. Do not buy run away.
