I got the wrong item

Our very first time purchasing online yesstyle.com and just requested one cardigan. Required one entire month for me personally to obtain my cardigan also it was the incorrect product. It had been similar however the material and brand was incorrect.in my opinion it had been a knock off from china. I'll never look there anymore.
