Hollister - Oceanside Cardigan

Phoned Birmingham Hollister Bull Ring for Oceanside Cardigan as seen on the internet I made a special journey into store for the item i was told would be there. I was told it could not be put aside or paid for. When I arrived staff we pleasant but very vague the item showed two in stock but was not found by any of the staff. I was dissapointed by their approach to customers and I have ended up ordering item from online paying £10 delivery and also a wasted £8.00 train journey. Compared to Jack Wills who didnt have an item that i needed in stock not only did they get it into Birmingham from Bristol they didnt even want my offered upfront Payment.
